Woodside Houses Resident Green and Beautification Committee

Woodside Houses Resident Green and Beautification Committee is upgrading their green space by adding more raised beds to grow a variety of vegetables and herbs for their community. The group is also beautifying their garden by building three wishing wells accentuated by plants and flowers and commissioning children in the community to create wind chimes to be placed in and around the development.

Woodside Houses Resident Green and Beautification Committee is using their community farm to teach families about healthy eating. The group is also expanding the farm to grow more vegetables and herbs, as well as expanding their flower gardens and increasing storage space in their shed.

Woodside Resident Green Committee is building raised beds in two greenhouses, enabling the growth of a wider variety of food. It is also planting more vegetables and fruits and making improvements to the flower gardens while helping residents of its public housing development learn how to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
