Neighborhood Leadership Institute
Citizens Committee conducts skills-building workshops to support your community building ideas and initiatives. Our Neighborhood Leadership Institute workshop series is comprised of four primary workshops and is offered twice a year, in the Fall and Winter. These workshops are for members of volunteer-led neighborhood groups or those interested in carrying out community improvement projects. Participants who complete the series will receive a certificate.
In addition to the NLI workshop series, we are available to do skill-building workshops in your neighborhood and at a time convenient for your group. Each component of the workshops listed below can be offered as a single workshop. We can also combine segments of different workshops.
The workshops are tailored to meet the strengths, needs, and goals of your group. All the workshops are structured in an interactive format that draws out the experiences and knowledge of participants.
RSVP for our Winter 2012 workshop series in Manhattan or our Brooklyn Edition workshop series.
