Tam & Cheng Inc have adapted to the post-Covid environment by providing space for a Chinese Association. This has necessitated renovations. By renting out their units at below market price, Tam & Cheng are helping to support the local community and businesses. On December 28, 2022 the association will have 40 tables at a restaurant. Tam & Cheng are providing the local community with a place for meetings and entertainment activities.
