Acupuncture Associates is a healthcare group that provides traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture services since 1997. With the help of a grant, they plan to open a community acupuncture clinic which will cover start-up costs as well as promote the new service to the community. They have been deeply involved in their local community, volunteering at events, providing support for non-profits, and buying supplies from local businesses. Additionally, they have hired part-time and contract workers from the community and provided paid student internships to students at Pacific College of Health and Science.
