Project snapshot
Our community lacks accessible information about home health care, affecting those with elderly family members or chronic conditions. This project fills that gap by empowering residents with the knowledge to make informed in-home care decisions. We’ll organize workshops with local partners, share information online, and visit community organizations to reach diverse demographics. Workshops will foster interaction and support, with informal events and support groups building personal connections. A mentorship program will provide ongoing support for those receiving care.
