Project snapshot

Korea Art Forum is providing art-making workshops for Korean immigrant women living in shelters. Based on individual interests and needs, participants are receiving training from local artists on drawing, watercolor painting, calligraphy and collage. Through these hands-on activities and in-depth conversations during the sessions, both shelter residents and the artists are breaking down isolation and establishing long-term relationships.
