Project snapshot

April Dejesus is an experienced therapist with deep roots in Southeast Queens and New York City. The grant will be instrumental in increasing outreach through advertising and community engagement, administering client surveys for service improvement, and incorporating interns and part-time employees from local colleges. The funding will also support the treatment of uninsured individuals and collaboration with nonprofits to promote safety measures amid crowded areas, including distributing personal protective equipment.
