Project snapshot
Bee University NYC’s Opening Day 2023 will be an event full of entertainment, education, and opportunity for the community. It will feature refreshments, live DJs or musicians, a variety of activities like dance circles and native beehive-making, as well as the chance to register for the Urban Beekeeping Fellowship. This 3-month program involves weekly meetings, field trips, and stipends, as well as the chance to learn about urban beekeeping in a hands-on environment. All of this is aimed at providing access to education, resources, and community-building opportunities for those who may not have had them otherwise.
