Established in 2000, Mimi Nail & Spa is a highly regarded nail salon and spa in the Upper East Side. With the grant, they plan to invest in online and offline marketing strategies, including Google Ads and a redesigned website with online reservation capabilities. They also aim to develop a mobile app to cater to customers’ smartphone usage for easy reservations. Additionally, the owner, a minority businesswoman, actively engages with the community by supporting local schools through fundraising and providing free services, hiring minority women to support their families, and partnering with the non-profit organization BLEO to support law enforcement in their community.
