NYCHA Neighbors Helping Neighbors is raising awareness around issues impacting residents of New York City Housing Authority projects. Through trainings and extensive outreach efforts, the group is mobilizing residents who have not participated in the decision making council meetings, and offering advice on problems identified by them.
