Local Nature Lab is raising awareness around bird diversity in local green spaces through up-close, hands-on activities amongst public school students. Participants are observing live demonstrations of bird anatomy using birds that died from glass collisions. They are also engaging with and asking questions about museum-quality bird specimens.
