Sincerely, Brooklyn was inspired by a move to Fort Greene in 1995. We fell in love with the neighborhood and saw that this is a vibrant community full of creativity. However, over the years, there has been less accessible spaces for community use. That’s why Sincerely, Brooklyn was started – to give our diverse community a platform to share their stories and talents. It has been a joy to see people from all walks of life come together on stage. With the help of volunteers like Lou and Emily, we have been able to keep this event going strong and make it accessible for all.
