MOJO Artisanal Chocolate Mousse Bar, America’s first dessert and coffee shop of its kind, opened just before the pandemic and has been adapting to the challenging circumstances ever since. They plan to utilize the grant to enhance their outdoor patio, making it suitable for year-round use. Additionally, they aim to hire a young person for a paid summer position to train them in hospitality jobs and continue promoting community events to foster neighborhood engagement, including activities like street clean-ups, flower seed planting, and community gatherings.
