Backpack Buddies is feeding children in its community every weekend. Its community ties is allowing them to give children culturally sensitive food and showing that people?s personal needs will be met through backpack deliveries of food. It believes that families knowing they will have food every weekend brings mental and physical relief that the entire community needs to feel to overcome the obstacles that come with food insecurity.
