Project snapshot

WSURA is restoring and upgrading shared back gardens damaged by adjacent roofing construction by rehabilitating planting beds, replacing deteriorated raised beds with durable metal units, and implementing soil remediation and plant replacement. The project includes site assessment, modular raised-bed installation, native and pollinator-friendly plantings, and erosion/stormwater controls to improve resilience, accessibility, and aesthetics. Restoring productive and ecological green space enhances resident well-being, urban biodiversity, microclimate regulation, and community cohesion while providing durable infrastructure for ongoing stewardship.
