Agape United Inc.’s youth empowerment project is designed to equip students with essential skills, work experience, and financial independence necessary for success in the workforce. The program begins with job readiness workshops, where students engage in resume building, mock interviews, and networking, followed by internships that offer hands-on learning. This initiative not only provides youth with vital workplace skills like communication and teamwork but also connects them with local companies, creating long-term career opportunities. Weekly workshops and supervisor feedback allow students to continue developing their skills while earning income. The community benefits from a strengthened talent pipeline, addressing local labor shortages and supporting economic growth. By ensuring high student performance and successful placements, Agape United’s program helps create a future workforce that is both prepared and connected.
