Project snapshot

Amsterdam Together is organizing public housing residents and neighboring public housing developments to build and exercise their power with a focus on access to healthy food. Because of displacement and gentrification, their community lives in a de facto food desert with poor access to affordable and culturally-relevant fresh produce. By partnering with Corbin Hill Food Project, a POC-led non-profit whose mission is ?Supplying fresh food to those who need it most,? they will develop a program to tackle this common problem.
