Project snapshot

Community Nutrition and Empowerment Program: will expand an existing food pantry by adding bilingual nutrition education, a community garden with beneficiary plots, and family budgeting and coupon workshops, shifting from distribution to skill-based empowerment to enhance long-term food security. Leveraging existing infrastructure, a $50,000 operating budget, and a track record serving 1,000 weekly, the project equips families with culinary, gardening, and financial skills to increase food access and self-sufficiency.
