BeingEgypt Cares Inc. is launching the *BeingEgypt Junior Clippers Academy*, a 10-week program designed to equip high school students with professional barbering skills while fostering a culture of service and mentorship. Led by experienced instructors, participants will receive hands-on training in essential barbering techniques, hygiene practices, and customer service, providing them with a strong foundation for a potential career in the grooming industry. The program extends beyond technical skills by offering a field trip to a barbershop or industry-related business, exposing students to real-world opportunities. Upon graduation, participants will receive certificates and starter barbering kits, empowering them to continue their journey. As a core part of the program, students will give back to their communities by offering free haircuts at local events, reinforcing the values of social responsibility and leadership. By merging skill-building with community service, this initiative creates lasting impact, instilling confidence and career readiness in youth.
