Project snapshot

Black Accessory Designers Alliance, Inc. (BADA), based in NYC, aims to bridge the opportunity gap for minority designers, offering panels, workshops, and entrepreneurial classes primarily to underprivileged LGBTQ+ youth. The grant will allow BADA to extend its reach, equip participants with necessary technology, hire interns and a digital marketing professional, provide learning materials, pay guest speakers, and incentivize youth program participants, strengthening community relations and fostering successful small businesses.
