Project snapshot

Bronx Independent CInema Center Workforce Initiative: trains Bronx-area young adults (A–26) in virtual production workflows—cinematography, lighting, green-screen broadcast, and post-production—via a 30-hour cohort model with hands-on projects, industry tours, and employer connections. This pilot addresses workforce gaps, increases local access to high-demand film/TV skills, and diversifies the creative economy.
