Fit4Dance is hosting a holistic 4 to 6-week series called Wellness and Self-Care Sundays, which is designed to address the growing need for mental, emotional, and physical wellness in the community, particularly among Black women and communities of color. The program integrates a variety of wellness practices, including yoga, sound healing, massage therapy, nutrition workshops, and mindfulness exercises, offering participants a chance to prioritize their well-being. The initiative is crucial in a time when stress, burnout, and mental health struggles are at an all-time high. By combining movement, wellness education, and community connection, the series offers a comprehensive approach to self-care that fosters a sense of belonging and emotional support.
