Project snapshot

Fo Kim will expand mobile hot-meal outreach for unhoused individuals in Southeast Queens by acquiring a 4-burner commercial stove with convection oven and a deep freezer to double cooking capacity and improve ingredient storage. This increases weekly service by at least 25%, reduces waste, accelerates meal preparation, and enables coordinated referrals to mental health, housing, legal aid, and job training, strengthening local food justice and crisis response.
