FUN BENTO will implement a community-driven program that pairs healthy meal-kit production with local employment and workforce development. The project trains and hires residents from underserved populations to perform ingredient sourcing, food preparation, packaging, distribution, and customer service, and delivers workshops in culinary skills and basic business operations. By partnering with community organizations, FUN BENTO aims to build a self-sustaining local workforce, increase employability, support economic resilience, and reinforce social cohesion.
