Project snapshot
Connecting Across Generations provides six structured on-site tech support workshops at Hillman Housing for senior residents, staffed by five youth trainees and five volunteers delivering one-on-one assistance. Youth receive standardized training in device troubleshooting, internet safety, video communication, and accessing online resources; participants receive printed Tech Tip cards and post-session surveys. The project addresses local senior digital literacy gaps and builds sustainable intergenerational mentorship and access to online services.
