Jardín La Roca is launching a unique community initiative that blends gardening, herbal medicine, and the arts to foster creativity, wellness, and confidence. This project will take place in two key sections: hands-on plant education and theater in the garden. Participants will explore DIY health and art, learning about the medicinal properties of plants and how to create herbal remedies such as creams, cough drops, and medicine balls. Through educational events, the community will gain practical skills in using herbs for wellness. Additionally, theater workshops will introduce costume design and performance techniques, culminating in a community play performed in the garden at the end of the season. This project will transform Jardín La Roca into a vibrant hub where residents can connect with nature, culture, and creativity, making it a welcoming space for learning and artistic expression.
