LOSCC operates the LES Sustainability Fair, an inclusive Lower East Side environmental program connecting residents to actionable sustainability measures and resilience resources. It delivers energy-use guidance, composting access, green infrastructure and garden tours, volunteer pathways, and cooling-center information, and uses acoustic performances plus a surplus-produce greenmarket to boost engagement, reduce food waste, and address local food insecurity.
