Project snapshot

As the final echoes of our Youth Climate Event of 2023 faded, we felt the weight of a departing core member’s passionate plea to build a greener future. This call resonates deeply with our mission: empowering New York City public school students with the tools and knowledge they need to champion sustainability. We provide them with vital resources like climate-focused curriculum guides, expert mentorship from environmental leaders, and opportunities to connect with action groups, innovative companies, and forward-thinking institutions. At our annual Youth Climate Summit, hundreds of students become the change they wish to see in the world. They participate in action groups, tackle real-world sustainability challenges, and spark crucial conversations. Let’s honor the dedication of our departing members and amplify the voices of these young changemakers. Our mission is to build a brighter, more sustainable future for New York City, one student, one project, one action at a time.
