One Whale’s Tale is producing the Brooklyn Cumbia Festival, a multi- day celebration of Cumbia music and Latin American culture in late summer/early fall of 2023. The Festival will offer free performances, workshops, vendors, and activities that honor the vibrancy and cultural interconnectedness of the Latin American community in Brooklyn. One Whale’s Tale wants to create an opportunity for growth and understanding of the Latin American community, while also providing local artists and vendors with a platform to showcase their work.
