Success Garden Food Pantry: Operates a community food pantry distributing fresh produce, non-perishables, and frozen items to over A+0 households; project scales seasonal winter food-kit capacity (targeting >A+0 protein kits), expands operations staff from 10 to 15, and equips volunteers with tarps, PPE, tools, waste bags, water, and seating to ensure safe, efficient distributions, enhancing food security, culturally relevant offerings via farm partnerships, and dignity-driven pathways to self-sufficiency for underserved families.
