Jason Liu and Michael Tsang, co-founders of Soft Swerve, are dedicated to providing their Chinatown/Lower East Side community with delicious desserts. They plan to enhance their store with a grant by retrofitting the interior to accommodate scooped ice cream and replacing the worn-out awning. This will create a better flow and increase seating capacity while attracting more customers and showcasing Soft Swerve’s growth. As part of their community engagement, they regularly donate to local non-profit organizations, support fundraisers, and hire locally, contributing to the economic opportunities of neighboring businesses and individuals.
