Project snapshot
M2M supports three to five community-based mom-and-pop skilled-trade businesses through a pilot that delivers free, customized operational strengthening: co-developed five-year growth roadmaps, internal system implementation (site safety, invoicing, estimating/bidding, project launch and closeout, professional development), staff training, and direct connections to local and institutional buyers. Services are delivered onsite via regular one-on-one meetings and incorporate business leader co-design to adapt and scale the model. By improving contractor capacity and access to contracts, M2M enables local hiring, job growth, and sustained community wealth building.
