Washington Height Green Brigade is transforming neighborhood tree pits into beautiful, educational green oasis at miniature scale. Volunteers are amending the soil and planting generously with flowers and perennials that can flourish in the local climate. Residents are also stewarding their designated tree beds with ongoing maintenance to ensure these lush min-gardens stay as living examples of community pride.
