Project snapshot

Yadestiny Treasure Chest’s Youth Entrepreneur Readiness Summit provides young entrepreneurs with practical business training and exposure to real-world markets. Participants have the opportunity to showcase their products at events like the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s 2025 Holiday Market and Hip Hop Closet’s summer Block Party, where they can build essential skills in branding, selling, and customer service. The program also offers workshops covering vendor setup, payment processing, and networking strategies, in collaboration with local businesses and organizations such as the Brooklyn STEAM Center. By pairing newcomers with experienced vendors, the summit fosters a supportive learning community. Since its launch, the summit has expanded to reach a broader group of young entrepreneurs, helping them gain confidence and valuable business experience. Through this initiative, Yadestiny Treasure Chest is helping youth access the tools they need to succeed in the fashion and media industries.
