Greater Hood Community Development Corporation

Greater Hood Community is bringing youth and older adults together to foster intergenerational learning and support. Roundtables, film discussions, debates, and group City Council meetings are creating a community that shows that people of all ages can collaborate to increase civic engagement. The reluctance of young people and older adults to talk to each other to create a better sense of communal identity is being broken down with each event.
