The Joumou Fund is hosting a Back to School Bash in the Brooklyn and East Flatbush community to support children and their parents. The goal of the project is to provide backpacks, school supplies, and toiletries to over 200 elementary and middle school students who may not have access to these necessities. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden on families and create a welcoming environment for new members, including migrants from Haiti and other countries, by ensuring that students have the resources they need for a successful school year.
