We aim to enhance our Open Street programs, fostering community engagement and boosting local participation. Our focus is on neighborhood swaps, which saw high demand last year. By establishing a fixed calendar for these events, we streamline planning and increase regularity. These events serve as a blend of flea markets, stoop sales, and block parties, encouraging recycling and supporting local makers. Through partnerships with local organizations and widespread promotion via social media, newsletters, and physical flyers, we ensure broad community involvement. Our goal is to create vibrant, inclusive spaces that strengthen community bonds and enhance the vibrancy of our neighborhood. With additional funding, we plan to expand entertainment options and purchase more equipment to support our objectives.
