Steff Reed, LLC is a socially-conscious organization that plans to use their grant funds to expand operations and hire marketing and development staff. Their aim is to grow the business while also donating services to local non-profits like The Power of Love Project. They offer paid internships for high school students, employment opportunities for local artists and musicians, and collaborate with alternative schools to teach leadership, entrepreneurship, and art making for social change. The ultimate goal is to become a B-Corp and use profits to support the community through positive music, education, and entertainment.
