Team Unity

Team Unity Incorporated is addressing food insecurity in communities without stable and affordable access to fresh produce. Families are receiving nutritious food that meet their dietary and health needs. The group is also organizing on-farm social and educational activities, so residents are learning from the farmers and connecting with the land that feeds them.
