All In For New York CityFall Cocktail Reception

Are you All In?Join us on Thursday, November 9th, 2026 at 583 Park Ave.

Join us for our annual fall cocktail reception as we come together to celebrate incredible leaders in the restructuring industry and raise funds in support of grassroots initiatives improving our great city

The community leaders we support are the ones leading creative arts initiatives, food pantries, sports mentorship programs, health workshops for seniors, community gardens, and so much more. They are the small business owners providing opportunities and centers of community for their neighborhoods.

We’re deeply grateful for your partnership, which allows these grassroots leaders to create the change they envision for their communities. Together, we can build a New York that works for every New Yorker–with each of us doing our part to make it the greatest city in the world.

Time: 6:00 to 9:00PM        Attire: Cocktail

Harold Bordwin, Principal & Co-President at Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC

Harold Bordwin is a principal and Co-President (with his partner/brother and co-honoree, Matt) of Keen-Summit Capital Partners. In financially troubled situations (typically bankruptcies, receiverships, workouts or litigation), he specializes in creating real estate solutions.   Keen is a real estate brokerage, workout (in particular, lease restructuring) and merchant banking firm founded in 1982 by Harold’s (and Matt’s) father.  This is our 44rd year in the real estate restructuring world.

Harold is a graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A., 1982, P’2010) and of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. 1985).  Harold began his career in Los Angeles as a litigation associate with McKenna, Connor & Cuneo and with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, before moving back to New York to begin what is now a 38-year career in the distressed real estate business.  Harold is also a fiduciary, acting as a Receiver, Independent Director and Asset Manager.  Notable projects in Harold’s career include the lease workouts of Arthur Andersen, Blockbuster Video and Red Lobster; and real estate sales of the L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, the portfolio sale of a 560,000 s.f. portfolio of flex and retail space related to one of the Chapter 11 trusteeships of Nate Paul; and the sale of office, multifamily and hospitality properties in Stamford, CT as part of the Seaboard Realty Chapter 11.

Matthew Bordwin, Principal & Co-President at Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC

Matthew Bordwin is Principal and Co-President of Keen-Summit Capital Partners, with more than 30 years of experience as a real estate broker, investment banker, consultant, and strategic advisor. Known for his strong negotiation skills and results-driven approach, Matt specializes in the valuation, marketing, and disposition of real estate portfolios and businesses for both healthy and distressed companies. He has led complex transactions and restructuring assignments for clients including Red Lobster, Payless ShoeSource, Blockbuster Video, Montgomery Ward, and Arthur Andersen. Matt is particularly skilled in workout and restructuring situations where timing and creative problem-solving are critical, including overseeing one of the largest retail lease restructuring projects in history. A trusted advisor and frequent industry speaker, he previously served on the national boards of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association. Matt is a graduate of Tufts University (1991) and Fordham Law School (1994). He has adopted the University of Michigan and Vanderbilt University as his alma mater on behalf of his kids and excessive tuition checks. Matt is the father of 3 daughters and needs to go to work to win an argument.

Donations from this event go straight to the frontlines of community action. They fund microgrants for New Yorkers turning vacant lots into community gardens, organizing youth leadership programs, expanding food access, and building climate resilience block by block.
