133 Group Inc’s Potluck Club has a monthly initiative designed to provide seniors in Chinatown with a warm, high-quality meal in a welcoming restaurant environment. In partnership with the nonprofit More Than a Meal, this event takes place every third Thursday of the month, inviting seniors to enjoy a full dining experience and fostering a sense of community. This program addresses the challenges faced by Chinatown’s elderly population, many of whom struggle with food insecurity, social isolation, and financial constraints. Unlike traditional meal distributions, More Than a Meal offers not just food, but dignity and companionship. By supporting this initiative, Potluck Club ensures that seniors have a reliable space to gather, interact with younger generations, and feel valued.
