Project snapshot

AAPI Creative Network provides year‑round career development and cultural enrichment for South Brooklyn teens. The program delivers school-year career talks, workplace site visits, and a one-week immersive summer curriculum combining morning job‑readiness workshops (resume building, networking, mock interviews) with afternoon cultural arts instruction led by local AAPI organizations and artists. By integrating professional skill-building with cultural identity formation, the project increases youth employability, social capital, and community cohesion.
