Bridging The Gap: Organizes a two-hour community field day pairing youth with 84th Precinct officers for competitive activities, structured conversations, and shared meals to practice communication skills and build trust. Incentivized participation with prizes increases attendance, enabling sustained positive contact that reduces youth–police mistrust and fosters public safety, social cohesion, and youth development in Downtown Brooklyn.
