Baller City Inc. is impacting youth by combining sports with educational workshops that provide valuable career skills. Their mission is to create a positive, safe environment where young people can excel in athletics while exploring career opportunities in trades like electrical work, auto mechanics, and cosmetology. The program also offers college readiness seminars and workshops that foster understanding between youth and law enforcement. Through partnerships with local trade schools and police departments, Baller City provides mentorship, hands-on training, and leadership development to over 300 kids annually. The program goes beyond sports by offering life skills that help youth envision diverse career paths and build a brighter future. By teaching both athletic development and vocational skills, Baller City is helping young people explore new possibilities, build confidence, and connect with positive role models.
