Project snapshot

At Myra S. Barnes, IS 24, we believe in the power of positive messaging to enhance the educational experience. Recognizing the impact of regular exposure to encouraging words, we?ve initiated a project to adorn student bathroom stall doors with positive quotes and messages. Furthermore, our entrance will feature a warm welcome message, aiming to uplift students’ spirits from the moment they step into the building. This initiative is all about involving students and staff in a collective effort to inspire and build trust. By soliciting quote suggestions and planning an unveiling ceremony, we’re creating a sense of ownership and collaboration. We want to extend this beautification project throughout the school, ensuring that every corner resonates with positivity.
