Project snapshot

Padre Plaza Success Community Garden is working to help the community by teaching basic carpentry and skills through a three-day workshop for people between the ages of 16 to 80. This project provides participants with valuable life skills that can help them gain employment or provide for their families while also increasing self- sufficiency in the area. Furthermore, this project will offer a fun stress relief activity that brings people together. Overall, by teaching carpentry and gardening skills to the community, Padre Plaza Success Community Garden is helping to empower the people of this neighborhood.
