Poetic Black Gurl LLC is a black woman-owned business that provides arts-based wellness workshops and personal development services to foster healing and self-expression. The grant money will be used to purchase an automated marketing platform, cover basic monthly expenses, fund program materials, and pay subcontractors. Poetic Black Gurl LLC has a positive impact on the community by providing an outlet for creative expression and stress relief. Additionally, they employ local teaching artists to lead or co-lead workshops, investing funds directly back into the community. They also host public events with a focus on mental health and wellbeing. Through this work, Poetic Black Gurl LLC is helping to build stronger communities.
